Izabela and Greg evaluate and treat clients of all ages suffering from various orthopedic related injuries. Years of clinical experience taught them not to only look at the site of injury, but also at everything else that is going on in the client’s body. This often yields a quicker solution for the ongoing issue, and ensures that the problem doesn’t come back. At Body360° PT & Wellness we treat orthopedic injuries through the combination of the best proven physical therapy methods and tools (including active release techniques). Our custom treatment sessions aim to improve our patients’ quality of life, confidence, and enable them to maintain an active lifestyle!
Scoliosis Physical Therapy
Scoliosis specific exercises are designed to balance scoliotic curves. They address the unique curvatures of each person. Scoliosis is difficult to treat, and requires a whole team approach of the doctor, the orthotist, and the physical therapist. When choosing a therapist, it is crucial to find one who is highly trained in the scoliosis specific method of exercises. Izabela is Schroth certified at the advanced C2 level by the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School. She is also certified in the SEAS method (Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis) by the ISICO Institute in Italy.
Polestar Pilates
Strength. Stability. Balance. Awareness. Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercises evolved by the principles of Joseph Pilates. At Body360° PT & Wellness, you will experience a pilates method inspired by the expertise and knowledge of an experienced clinician. Pilates is especially beneficial for clients with back problems, balance deficits, postural deformities, and for anyone else who simply wants to improve strength and wellbeing. Izabela chose the Polestar Pilates school as her educator, due to Polestar’s focus on a rehabilitative approach.
