Izabela chose to follow the Polestar school of Pilates due to its international authority in pilates education. Polestar Pilates was developed by a physical therapist, and is focused on whole body health, and healing the body with movement. The approach integrates pilates with current scientific findings to create balanced, elongated muscles, improved posture, and ease of movement. Athletes, dancers, models, rehabilitation clients, and anyone else seeking a healthier, sculpted body can achieve their goals by using this method. Clients can move in a facilitated, supported, and focused manner according to their abilities when using the pilates method. All pilates exercises can be modified to meet specific needs. As clients are succeeding in improvement of spinal mobility, core strength and muscular balance, the intensity of workouts is increased and more challenging variations are practiced
Body360° PT & Wellness offers individual pilates sessions. Izabela strongly believes that optimal results are achieved when client receives 100% undivided attention from the teacher. Izabela will consider a duet upon client’s request, but only if both clients have prior pilates training and perform at a similar level. All clients will be educated in home exercise program to allow them to train at home in between sessions to further improve their strength, posture and balance.
